A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit alleging that the Defendants Kmart Corporation and Sears Holding Corporation violated California Civil Code Section 1747.08 and their customers' privacy by requesting and recording credit card customers' personal identification information, in the form of their ZIP codes, at the point of sale in Defendants' California retail stores.

You are included if Defendants requested and recorded a ZIP code in connection with a credit card purchase transaction in a California retail store during the period of December 10, 2007 through December 8, 2008.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS IN THIS SETTLEMENT
 SUBMIT A CLAIM FORM BY July 18, 2016

 This is the only way to receive a payment. 

 ASK TO BE EXCLUDED BY MAY 16, 2016

 You will receive no benefits, but you will retain any rights  you currently have  to sue the Defendant about the claims  in this case.

 OBJECT BY MAY 16, 2016
